        Teen Classes

        Our Junior Chef Cooking Series are geared towards teens passionate about cooking and interested in acquiring some serious culinary techniques. Each class teens will explore a variety of flavors, with an emphasis on developing healthy eating habits, learning new techniques, and encouraging creativity in the kitchen ! PLEASE note these class are for mature teenagers (ages 11 to 17). No prior cooking knowledge is required and just willingness to learn and try new things.

          Undeniably the most important cooking tool in the kitchen! Handling a knife correctly, is fundamental to cooking safely and efficiently. Students will learn the techniques to fearlessly slice, dice, and mince like a pro. Knowing how to use knives skillfully is the first step to cooking well, and doesn't have to be scary or frustrating for teens.  Please note, for this class teens will be set up with their own knives and cutting stations – beginners are welcome (encouraged) but this class is only appropriate for students 12 and above.
