        Teen Classes

        Our Junior Chef Cooking Series are geared towards teens passionate about cooking and interested in acquiring some serious culinary techniques. Each class teens will explore a variety of flavors, with an emphasis on developing healthy eating habits, learning new techniques, and encouraging creativity in the kitchen ! PLEASE note these class are for mature teenagers (ages 11 to 17). No prior cooking knowledge is required, just willingness to learn and try new things.

During the week Jr chefs will learn the basic of French baking, the classic techniques of cook with eggs, and many other French delights. 

          Our week-long culinary courses are for teenagers passionate about cooking and interested in acquiring some serious skills in the kitchen. Each week, we explore a variety of flavors and cooking techniques. This class requires no prior experience. But by no means is this your typical make-pizza-and-ice-cream-sundaes kiddie "cooking" class! The course runs four hours each day for five consecutive days. Classes are only available as a five-day series, no single-day enrollments.

          Enrollment is limited to 10 students. Includes lunch, aprons and all materials.
